This Customer Service Agreement outlines the terms and expectations associated with pest control and wildlife management services provided by Verdant Pest Control. By scheduling or receiving services from Verdant Pest Control, you agree to the terms described below.
Verdant Pest Control provides pest management, wildlife control, inspections, exclusion work, sanitation services, and related services designed to manage pest activity and improve property conditions.
Services may include but are not limited to:
Insect control
Rodent control
Wildlife control
Pest inspections
Wood destroying insect inspections
Mosquito and tick control
Structural exclusion services
Sanitation and cleanup services
Services are performed based on conditions observed at the time of inspection or service.
Pest control involves environmental and structural factors beyond our control. While we utilize professional products, techniques, and integrated pest management strategies, no pest control program can guarantee permanent elimination of pests.
Factors that may influence pest activity include:
weather conditions
neighboring properties
sanitation practices
structural construction
landscaping features
environmental conditions
Our services are intended to reduce pest populations and manage infestations, not eliminate the possibility of future pest activity.
Wildlife behavior is unpredictable and influenced by environmental conditions. Even after removal or exclusion work is completed, animals may attempt to return if conditions remain favorable.
Wildlife services may involve:
trapping
exclusion
habitat modification
structural repairs
Verdant Pest Control cannot guarantee that wildlife will never reappear.
All wildlife services are performed in accordance with applicable state wildlife regulations.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all service areas.
This may include:
attics
basements
crawlspaces
garages
exterior areas
If areas are inaccessible due to locked spaces, stored belongings, structural hazards, or other conditions, those areas may not be serviced.
Customers agree to cooperate with recommendations provided by Verdant Pest Control to improve treatment effectiveness.
This may include:
improving sanitation
reducing clutter
sealing structural gaps
repairing damaged areas
modifying landscaping conditions
Failure to address conducive conditions may reduce treatment effectiveness.
Inspections are visual evaluations of accessible areas at the time of inspection.
Inspections may not include areas that are:
hidden within walls
blocked by insulation or storage
structurally inaccessible
unsafe to access
Inspection findings represent conditions observed at the time of inspection and do not guarantee the absence of pests in concealed areas.
For customers enrolled in recurring service plans, Verdant Pest Control may provide additional service visits when pest activity occurs between scheduled services for pests covered under the service plan.
Retreat services apply only to pests listed under the service agreement and may exclude certain pests such as:
bed bugs
termites
wildlife
mosquitoes
fleas
ticks
unless specifically covered by the service program.
Verdant Pest Control is not responsible for structural damage caused by pests prior to service.
Our services are intended to manage pest activity but do not repair damage caused by insects, rodents, or wildlife unless specific repair services are separately contracted.
Payment for services is due according to the terms outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
Verdant Pest Control reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Certain services may require payment at the time of service.
Service appointments may be scheduled based on technician availability and environmental conditions.
Verdant Pest Control reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdant Pest Control shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to pest activity or wildlife behavior.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that pets, children, and other individuals remain clear of treatment areas during and immediately following service as instructed by the technician.
Verdant Pest Control reserves the right to modify service recommendations based on changes in pest activity, environmental conditions, or structural conditions observed during service.
